Basic is free each month. Only an affiliate-assisted onsite Basic registration splits its separate R100 onboarding payment R50 to the affiliate, R20 to the linked eligible regional manager and R30 to MzansiNear. A client submitting details on the website pays the R100 fully to MzansiNear; the code may be retained for eligible future paid-plan commissions. Basic has no recurring commission and no plan bonus.
Eligible Starter and Premium subscription bonuses are paid once for a new qualifying paid plan and do not repeat on renewals or reassignment. Paid branches earn 25% subscription commission, with no once-off bonus. Basic customers may upgrade on the earlier of their one-month anniversary or the end of that calendar month. All client charges are due in advance; monthly subscription invoices are issued on the 25th for the next service month.
Cleared Starter, Premium and branch commissions and eligible Starter/Premium bonuses are cut off on the 25th and paid on the 1st of the following month. MzansiNear sends each partner a commission statement and proof of bank transfer. Onsite Basic registration splits close Thursday at 18:00 SAST and are paid the following Friday. Advertising and banner payments belong to MzansiNear and earn no commission.
Partners may promote MzansiNear using their assigned referral code and links in any South African province. A partner is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of MzansiNear.
Basic: Basic has no monthly listing fee, subscription commission or plan bonus. Only an affiliate-assisted onsite Basic registration with a cleared one-time R100 onboarding invoice credits R50 to the affiliate wallet, R20 to the linked eligible regional manager wallet and R30 to MzansiNear. A client submitting Basic details on the website pays the R100 entirely to MzansiNear; the referral code may track eligible future paid-plan commissions.
Paid plans: Starter costs R49/month; Premium costs R95/month or R950/year. Eligible subscriptions earn 25% commission. Once-off plan bonuses apply only to Starter and Premium options, and never to Basic or paid branches. The regional manager receives 5% only on directly assigned affiliates’ subscription commissions, not on Basic splits or plan bonuses. All client payments are due in advance. Monthly invoices are issued on the 25th for the next service month. A Basic client may upgrade on the earlier of the one-month anniversary or calendar month-end.
Cutoff and payout: Onsite Basic registration splits close Thursday at 18:00 SAST and are paid the following Friday. Starter, Premium and branch subscription commissions and eligible plan bonuses close on the 25th and are paid on the 1st of the following month. After each transfer, the owner must email the commission statement and proof of bank transfer. Earnings qualify after payment clears and the listing is approved; payout details must be verified. Reversed or refunded payments are reconciled.
Corporate and advertising: corporate rollouts, corporate arrangements and advertising require a tailored quote. Advertisers pay MzansiNear under an agreed campaign budget and valid-click rate. Visitors are not charged for browsing or contacting a supplier. All advertising and banner payments belong to MzansiNear and generate no affiliate or regional-manager commission. Clicking a listing alone does not create advertising income.
Training and support: MzansiNear provides onboarding guidance, practical sales scripts, supplier-registration instructions, portal tracking and reasonable programme support. Training does not create employment or guarantee results.
Independent expenses: partners arrange and pay their own transport, fuel, phone, data, marketing and other working expenses. Earnings depend on successful paid clients and are not guaranteed.
Tax responsibility: each partner is solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes, provisional tax, VAT, levies and other amounts due on their commissions. Any withholding or reporting required by law still applies. MzansiNear does not provide tax advice.
Partners must use honest marketing, avoid spam, protect personal information and may not create fake, duplicate or self-referrals. MzansiNear may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Regional manager support: an owner-approved manager may support your affiliate activity. Customer attribution stays with the affiliate. MzansiNear pays the regional manager share separately; no one is paid for recruiting affiliates. Read the regional manager programme terms.
