Regional manager terms
Appointment and service
MzansiNear appoints selected approved affiliates to support a named region. Appointment is not automatic, cannot be bought and does not confer geographical exclusivity. Only MzansiNear’s owner may appoint or activate managers and approve direct affiliate assignments. A manager cannot sit under another manager or appoint further managers.
Commission and your own referrals
Basic is free monthly and has no subscription commission or plan bonus. Only affiliate-assisted onsite Basic registrations with a cleared R100 onboarding invoice split R50 to the affiliate, R20 to the linked eligible manager and R30 to MzansiNear. A business submitting details on the website pays the full R100 to MzansiNear; its code can track future eligible paid-plan commissions. Starter, Premium and paid branches earn 25% of cleared subscriptions. Once-off plan bonuses apply only to Starter and Premium options, not Basic.
An eligible manager earns 5% only on subscription commissions earned by directly assigned affiliates during the approved period. No manager share applies to Basic registration splits or plan bonuses. This is paid by MzansiNear; affiliates retain their full existing commission, introduction bonuses and customer attribution. Personal customer referrals remain under the affiliate agreement at the 25% affiliate rate and do not earn a manager override. No manager commission on joining, recruiting, unpaid sign-ups, training, advertising, introductions paid to affiliates, or self-referrals.
Eligible fees are the actual subscription amount recorded as cleared by MzansiNear, after discounts and excluding VAT if applicable. Monthly subscription invoices are issued on the 25th for the next service month and paid in advance. A Basic customer may upgrade on the earlier of the one-month anniversary or the end of that calendar month. Fees currently carry no VAT because MzansiNear is not VAT registered. Payment processing costs remain MzansiNear’s expense. Refunds and reversals cause corresponding commission adjustments. Current payment records support full reversals; partial-payment disputes must be reconciled by the owner before payout.
Fixed earning year
Each affiliate’s manager earning period starts when the owner approves the assignment and ends at the same time 12 calendar months later (exclusive). A 29 February start ends on 28 February in a non-leap year. Payments before assignment or at or after the end are excluded. Customer payments must fall within an approved 12-month client affiliation term. Eligible renewals within the manager assignment and active service period generate manager commission. The original affiliate keeps customer attribution after the manager earning year ends under the affiliate terms. Rejoining or reactivation does not restart the year. Assignments are permanent records and are not reassigned through this portal.
Active participation
Complete training, accept these terms and receive owner activation before earning. Offer monthly support or training and submit an activity report. The owner reviews useful service and conduct, not recruitment quotas, and authorises service periods of up to 45 days. Renewals begin on approval without retroactive accrual. No manager commission accrues on payments outside an authorised period; the one-year assignment clock continues. The owner should give notice and an opportunity to remedy inactivity before suspension, except where immediate action is needed for serious misuse. Valid earnings already accrued remain recorded.
CRM support responsibility
Managers are responsible for reviewing partners’ lead progress and recorded earnings, identifying obstacles, offering practical coaching and maintaining follow-up tasks. This is a support obligation, not a guarantee that a partner earns money. The owner can distribute leads to any manager and retains final supplier and payment approval. CRM routing does not change customer attribution or create an extra registration bonus.
Statements and payment
Commission becomes recordable only after payment clearance and listing approval. Onsite Basic registration splits close Thursday at 18:00 SAST and are paid the following Friday. Subscription commissions and eligible plan bonuses cut off on the 25th and are paid on the 1st of the following month. MzansiNear sends the commission statement and proof of bank transfer directly. Only completed transfers are marked paid; refunds and reversals are reconciled. Raise disputes promptly through hello@mzansinear.co.za.
Working relationship and expenses
No fixed salary or guaranteed income is offered under this independent service arrangement. Managers arrange their own working methods and expenses; they may not bind MzansiNear to contracts or collect money in personal accounts. The actual working relationship and applicable South African law determine worker status. These terms do not waive minimum-wage or other statutory rights where they apply. MzansiNear must assess classification before appointment and obtain advice where needed. Applicable tax, withholding and reporting obligations remain in force.
Conduct and information
No joining fees, compulsory purchases, recruitment earnings, false income promises, spam or fabricated accounts. Use accurate service information, permission-based outreach and the official payment process. Protect personal information and never request sign-in codes. Team data is for support and commission administration only. MzansiNear may suspend access for misuse and records appointment, activity and payment decisions for review.
The programme must be operated consistently with South African consumer and labour law. A one-level structure does not alone determine legal compliance. Read the affiliate agreement for the current personal referral terms. Questions: hello@mzansinear.co.za.
